These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MEM Health, a platform of Endurance Center operated by FasterSkier, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using MEM Health, you agree to these Terms.

What MEM Health is

MEM Health provides exercises and information designed to help you train skills such as memory, attention, and processing speed, alongside tools for logging physical activity. The exercises are based on techniques studied in cognitive research.

Not medical advice

MEM Health is not a medical device or a healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or any other form of cognitive decline, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your memory or health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Eligibility and accounts

MEM Health is intended for adults. If we offer accounts, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Intellectual property

MEM Health, including its games, content, and design, is owned by FasterSkier, Inc. and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose.

MEM Health is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FasterSkier, Inc. and Endurance Center will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MEM Health after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
