This Privacy Policy explains how MEM Health (“MEM Health,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website and app. MEM Health is a platform of Endurance Center, operated by FasterSkier, Inc.

Information we collect

MEM Health is designed to collect as little as possible. In the current early-access version, your training results and any activity you log are stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, and you can use the app without creating an account. If and when you create an account, we will collect the information needed to provide it — such as your email address — along with basic, non-identifying usage information that helps us improve the games and the app.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve MEM Health: to build your daily workout, show your own progress back to you, keep the app working reliably, and understand in aggregate how features are used. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the app (for example, hosting), and only as needed for them to perform that work. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

Because early-access data is stored on your device, clearing the app's local data removes it. If you have an account, you can contact us to access or delete your information.

Children

MEM Health is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
